Lyell have strict Quality Assurance standards and procedures. Our products will through extreme-temperature, drop, vibration and shock tests for your assurance of quality and durability before delivery. 

INCOMMING INSPECTION 
Besides visual, dimensional examinations, we also do function performance and mechanical fit inspection. 

PRODUCTION INSPECTION
In the production line, trained staffs follow the instructions to ensure quality is according to requirements, and do QC self-inspection after each process. Quality engineer will re-examine visual and functions of each finished products to monitor quality standard. 

ASSEMBLY INSPECTION
All assembled shavers do functions test 100%, test records as product files stored for more than 2 years, to provide customers with good after-sales service guarantee.

FINAL INSPECTION 
All shavers must pass the final inspection before leaving the factory, only products that meet the requirements of the order can enter the delivery system.
